Our fundamentals program is designed for anyone looking to join the CrossFit group classes. Whether you are already an advanced athlete or have never worked out, fundamentals are a must.
The fundamentals consists of 2 x one on one sessions at a time arranged to suit you. You will learn about the correct form for basic functional CrossFit movements and expose you to some CrossFit workouts. You will be taught CrossFit terminology, how to scale, when to use intensity and when you need to rest. If you or your coach feel you’re not ready to jump into regular classes you can repeat these classes until you are ready.
• 2 one on one Fundamentals sessions, $99
CLASSES WILL CONSIST OF:
• Tour of the box (gym), get to know the facility, meet the coaches
• Warm up, stretching
• Learn about CrossFit methodology and practice all CrossFit movements
• 10 Min workout to finish
• Cool down, strength and mobility work
• Goals discussion
Do I have to do the Fundamentals Program?
Yes, but if you’re not sure that CrossFit is for you then book in for a Free Trial Session to come and meet the CrossFit Family and experience a workout.
